Volunteers are a vital part of our Museum’s operations. You may volunteer to work on a “one time” project or an “ongoing” project. In the past, our volunteers have helped with our move to a new building, uncrated artifacts, arranged exhibitions, and worked on the cataloguing of the collection. As we grow, so will our need for volunteers!
If you would like to volunteer your time at the Museum, please contact Bette Marken at (404) 351-1151 to find out how you may join this indispensable part of our Museum family.
Unique projects at the Museum provide meaningful educational opportunities for interns. Depending on the scope of the project, and your institution’s requirements, college credit can be earned for a semester’s work at the Museum.
To find out more about being a Museum intern, please contact the Director, Andy Jones at (404) 351-1151.
